Our Specialist Surgeons complete both dental and medical degrees, followed by several years of accredited hospital-based specialist training and fellowship through the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. This is the standard in Australasia, where the training is overseen by the RACDS specialist college.
This rigorous pathway supports the high level of clinical judgement and surgical expertise required within the specialty.
Our specialty spans a wide range of conditions affecting the teeth, face and jaws. In any given week, our patients may include teenagers with impacted wisdom teeth, athletes and weekend warriors with facial injuries, and patients being assessed for suspected oral pathology.
